Developing a plan to improve the strategy of Lublin Science and Technology Park (LPNT) was the key goal of the project implemented by the SEENDICO in the framework of MITKE Program (Managing the Industrial Territory in the Knowledge Era – Management of industrial areas in Times of Knowledge) – part of the Interregional Cooperation Program INTERREG IVC.

The role of SEENDICO was to moderate the LPNT’s strategy formulation process in the framework of Logical Framework Approach. The SEENDICO cooperated with both internal and external stakeholders of LPNT, identified and analyzed challenges faced by LPNT and planned implementation of measures to improve the strategy of the Park.

Among the stakeholders participating in the project were representatives of: companies operating in the LPNT, Lublin universities, business environment institutions, industrial parks, potential customers and business angel.
